Can you tell me the law in NJ for an auto accident involving a horse? - auto accident law
I took my son and his girlfriend at her mother, and we had a horse. The soul of anything in the way and beat me. We often use this road, and I've never treated horses in bulk, or even heard in this way. Who's to New Jersey law is liable?
